No words can adequately express how proud of Connor I am. He defines hard work, perseverance, dedication, and intelligence!
He started work at AT&T's corporate offices in midtown on September, 8th. For those that don't know, he's in a super intense 20 week training program. When he finishes this training at the end of January, we will be relocated again. We won't know where we're going until the end of the program when they give him a list of the markets that are open. There's about 25 kids in his group and whoever is ranked #1 in the program gets 1st choice, #2 ranking gets 2nd choice, etc. So we'll be choosing where we get to go #1 in January... ;) Connor's title is an AT&T Account Executive. (And the best looking one there is, if I do say-so myself. :)) He'll manage accounts for customers/businesses and stuff like that in the field.
The training is pretty strenuous. We wake up at 6:40 everyday, he gets on the train at 7:30, gets to work at 8:00, on average he doesn't get off until about 6:30 (last night it wasn't until 8:30!), then has another 30 minute train ride home, and usually has work/studying to do after he gets home! He also does several presentations a week, sometimes a day, and has multiple challenging tests. He ACED his last test, though - highest score in the class! Eee!
And after all that, he still comes home and puts up with me! He's so good about getting home and being in a good mood and being appreciative of everything I do. There's no way I could ever do what he does and still come home and be as nice, loving, and patient as he is.

He has to wear a suit and tie to work everyday... and I can't complain one bit!
Though he doesn't, I LOVE IT!
